EMI's portfolio of serviced properties has grown steadily since our inception in
1987. Today we provide full-range professional cleaning services for more than 6
million square feet annually. EMI maintains commercial and government office space,
multi-tenant properties, and retail, industrial, and medical buildings.
The largest segment of our portfolio consists of commercial office space, most of
which is located in "Class A" buildings. Many of these properties are classified
as secure facilities that require EMI personnel with specific levels of security
clearances and protocols. EMI also maintains more than 1 million square feet of
retail space, consisting primarily of major shopping malls.
